Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving Customer Inquiries and Concerns: Handle a wide variety of customer questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your goal will be to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible, exceeding customer expectations at every turn.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
