About the Role
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist – Membership Services at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members through inbound calls and live chat interactions. Your primary mission will be to deliver excellence in member service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information across multiple systems simultaneously. From membership billing inquiries to product information, executive rewards questions, and member feedback collection, you will be the voice and personality that defines the arenaflex experience.
This role requires multitasking ability, technical comfort, and an unwavering commitment to member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Member Assistance: Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping members with a wide range of needs through phone, chat, and email channels.
- Membership & Billing Support: Provide expert guidance on membership sign-ups, renewals, upgrades, billing questions, and Executive Rewards program inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Product Information & Education: Develop comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and warehouse offerings to confidently answer member questions and offer personalized recommendations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve member concerns efficiently. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership when appropriate, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Feedback Collection: Accurately document member feedback, suggestions, and concerns using multiple internal systems simultaneously to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Returns and Exchanges Processing: Handle product return and exchange requests in accordance with arenaflex policies, ensuring members feel heard and valued throughout the process.
- Multi-System Navigation: Utilize several platforms concurrently to research member accounts, update records, process transactions, and deliver seamless service.
- Promotional Support: Promote and explain the benefits of arenaflex memberships, helping members understand the full value of their subscription.
- Quality Standards: Maintain high performance metrics related to call handling time, member satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, and accuracy of documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues, mentors, and team leads to ensure consistent service excellence and a positive team environment.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, coaching programs, and professional development opportunities to stay current on products, policies, and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits
