Job Responsibilities 1. Continuously track the evolution of the global geopolitical landscape, conducting in-depth analysis of policy developments, governance models, and cross-regional cooperation trends in key countries and regions. 2. Assess the potential impact of international political and economic events on various industries, markets, and client operations, formulating forward-looking analytical conclusions. 3. Develop customized professional analysis reports for global clients, covering trend forecasts, risk warnings, and strategic recommendations to support client decision-making. 4. Participate in cross-border research projects, collaborate with global teams on thematic investigations, integrate multi-regional information, and deliver structured outcomes. 5. Maintain keen insight into international public affairs, promptly identify key developments, and provide in-depth interpretations. Qualifications 1. Master’s degree or higher in fields such as International Relations, Political Science, International Economics, or Public Policy, with a solid theoretical foundation. 2. Priority will be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience in government agencies, international organizations, public affairs institutions, or leading research bodies, with familiarity in public policy formulation processes and international governance mechanisms. 3. Proficient in English, with the ability to conduct research, communicate, and draft reports using English as the sole working language. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, etc.) is highly desirable. 4. Exceptional skills in information collection, logical analysis, and synthesis, with the ability to distill core insights from complex information and produce rigorous analytical outputs. 5. Strong team collaboration skills, adaptable to cross-border team workflows, and capable of efficiently managing multiple concurrent tasks. 6. A keen interest in international affairs, with a global perspective, independent thinking ability, and a commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality standards. Compensation & Benefits 1.
