[Remote] Sales & Marketing Operations Manager

The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales and marketing processes, managing systems and reporting, and driving growth through effective operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize HubSpot, CRM workflows, lead routing, lifecycle management, and marketing automation
- Develop reporting dashboards and analytics that provide visibility into pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, customer onboarding, and business KPIs
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance
- Support customer onboarding processes and improve operational workflows across the customer journey
- Coordinate trade shows, webinars, customer events, and other marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing campaigns, email programs, and lead nurturing workflows
- Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Build scalable processes that support company growth and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Assist with strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations
- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, demand generation, business operations, or a related field
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and operational processes
- Background supporting both sales and marketing organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing events, campaigns, lead generation programs, or customer-facing initiatives
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with broad ownership
- Experience with AI, automation, or workflow tools
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing programs
- SQL, reporting, or business intelligence experience
