NTT DATA is a leader in IT and business services, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in Oracle Financials within the pharmaceutical domain. The role involves managing enterprise-scale implementations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives
  • Manage cross-functional teams including finance, IT, regulatory, and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports
  • Drive stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal governance frameworks
  • Support change management and user adoption strategies

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
  • 10 years of project management experience
  • 5 years of proven experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules preferred)
  • 5 years of strong experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials
  • Familiarity with validation processes (CSV – Computer System Validation)
  • Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments
