[Remote] Team Kayden - 1099 Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent

They are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist individuals in navigating Medicare programs, educating clients on options, recommending suitable plans, and helping with enrollment and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options
• Assist with plan enrollment and transitions
• Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions

Skills

• Holds valid health insurance license
• Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere
• Current plan year AHIP certification
• Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue
• Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers or 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier.)
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance
• Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
