[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Traild is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. The Account Manager will be instrumental in defining processes, building client relationships, and driving growth across the existing portfolio, particularly focusing on upselling and expanding their newest product, TraildPay.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue
- Build trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention
- Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategies
- Maintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed sales and retention goals
- Lead account strategies, ensuring seamless management across the customer lifecycle
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related role
- Proven background in SaaS B2B companies. Experience in fintech, ERP, payments, accounting, or related sectors is a bonus
- Strong understanding of complex software products and integrations, with the ability to clearly communicate their value to customers
- Confident in presenting contractual, technical, and financial solutions to both client and internal executive stakeholders
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales or renewal targets in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement and internal collaboration
- Strong collaborator who embraces growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit
