About the Role
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will become a vital member of our order processing and customer service ecosystem. Your primary mission will be to process customer and service orders with exceptional speed and accuracy, ensuring smooth workflow continuity and delivering an outstanding experience to every client. Working from the comfort of your home, you'll collaborate with our dedicated Customer Service (CSA) team and report to a supportive Supervisor or Manager who is invested in your professional development.
This role is ideal for self-starters who are comfortable working independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team. We expect overtime availability during peak seasons, with mandatory Saturday work occasionally required to meet customer and training demands. Key Responsibilities
- Order Prioritization & Intake: Review incoming orders, assess priority levels, and verify that order content matches the official order form before processing.
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter all order types into our proprietary system with precision, capturing every detail and note exactly as received.
- Production Ticket Generation: Create computer-generated production tickets for each processed order, ensuring all information is correctly formatted and ready for downstream operations.
- Order Editing & Proofreading: Edit orders as needed, carefully proofreading and verifying all entries to eliminate errors before sending to the next stage of processing.
- Workflow Management: Maintain established workflow priorities in alignment with arenaflex standards and guidelines, ensuring consistent throughput.
- 5S Workplace Organization: Adhere to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep your digital workspace organized and efficient.
- Work Instruction Compliance: Follow all documented work instructions and standard operating procedures for your assigned area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service (CSA) team to resolve order discrepancies, clarify customer requirements, and maintain seamless communication.
- Miscellaneous Support: Perform additional tasks and activities as directed by your Supervisor or Manager, contributing to broader team objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Keyboard Mastery: Demonstrated excellent keyboard and typing skills with proven speed and accuracy. A typing speed of at least 45 WPM is preferred, with a strong commitment to error-free work.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read very small numbers and detect subtle discrepancies in data.
- Visual Acuity: Good eyesight (with or without corrective lenses) capable of reading small text, numbers, and codes on screens for extended periods.
- Sound Judgment: Excellent judgment and decision-making skills while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Positive Attitude: A genuinely positive, can-do attitude that uplifts the team and contributes to a healthy workplace culture.

- Prior experience with Windows operating systems, including file management and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and calendar management.
- Experience using Microsoft Navision (or comparable ERP/order management systems) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable navigating Internet browsers and web-based applications.
- Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or order processing experience.
- Understanding of basic 5S Workplace Organization principles.
