Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused communication.
  • Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through step‑by‑step resolutions, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support teams when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer’s journey until resolution.

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Enter new customer records, updates, and transaction details into arenaflex’s centralized database with a target accuracy rate of 99.9%.
  • Perform routine data cleansing activities, identifying and correcting duplicate, incomplete, or erroneous entries.
  • Generate and maintain Excel spreadsheets, leveraging formulas, conditional formatting, and pivot tables to produce actionable reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements, ensuring that information is captured in a consistent and usable format.

Administrative & Collaborative Tasks

  • Assist the administrative team with scheduling, document preparation, and other clerical duties that keep the office running smoothly.
