Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their insurance experience is seamless, transparent, and supportive. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing empathetic, knowledgeable assistance to clients filing claims, gathering all necessary documentation, and coordinating with adjusters to expedite the claims process.
  • Accurately recording policy updates, endorsements, and changes in our secure policy management system, while proactively communicating these updates to clients.
  • Managing the renewal cycle by preparing competitive quotes, reviewing coverage gaps, and presenting tailored options that align with each client’s evolving needs.
  • Answering coverage and billing inquiries with clarity, explaining rate fluctuations, policy modifications, and any other pertinent details to ensure full client understanding.
  • Staying current on industry standards, emerging insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes through regular interaction with underwriters, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of client portfolios to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements, cost savings, or risk mitigation.
  • Documenting all client interactions—phone calls, emails, and policy adjustments—in a meticulous and timely manner to maintain an accurate audit trail.
  • Collaborating closely with sales representatives, account executives, and the broader service team to deliver a unified, high‑quality client experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active insurance license in Minnesota, or a commitment to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort navigating web‑based policy management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an insurance agent, customer service representative, or in a related insurance support role.
