As a Part‑Time Remote Inbound Chat Specialist, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (or rather, the typed voice) that greets potential car buyers, answers their questions, and guides them toward scheduling a test drive or service appointment. Your conversations will directly influence the revenue pipeline of our dealer clients, turning casual browsers into actionable leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real‑time via the arenaflex chat platform, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  • Answer a wide variety of inquiries about vehicle specifications, financing options, service appointments, and dealership promotions.
  • Gather essential contact information (name, phone, email) to create high‑quality leads for dealer review.
  • Schedule service or sales appointments, confirming details and ensuring a smooth handoff to the dealership team.
  • Summarize each chat interaction, highlighting customer intent, pain points, and next steps for internal reporting.
  • Maintain and continuously update a knowledge base of evolving product features, dealership policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex support and training teams to share best practices and improve chat scripts.
  • Adhere to all compliance and privacy standards, safeguarding customer data at every touchpoint.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with internet browsers, Windows‑based computers, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively—handling multiple chat windows while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise, and friendly language.
  • Positive, professional demeanor that reflects arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with automotive terminology, vehicle models, and financing concepts.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms or high‑volume chat environments, which can enhance multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, and night schedules, as well as weekends.
  • Self‑sufficient home office setup: a reliable computer or laptop, high‑speed internet, webcam, and microphone.
  • Willingness to complete a four‑week paid remote training program via Zoom, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EDT.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $13.00 per hour, with the flexibility to work between 25 and 39 hours per week. In addition to base pay, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
