  • Log and route service requests from tenants, vendors, and internal staff using the arenaflex Work Request platform.
  • Communicate via email and internal messaging tools to confirm receipt of requests, provide status updates, and close out tickets in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant team in preparing routine reports, including lease expirations, vehicle registrations, and vendor contract renewals.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of insurance policies, certifications, and compliance documentation for all properties under arenaflex’s management.
  • Coordinate move‑in and move‑out logistics, ensuring that tenant welcome packets, lease agreements, and HOA communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Support the finance department by reconciling expense reports and preparing data for invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications
