We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Digital Advertising & Growth Strategy to join our arenaflex Customer Solutions (ACS) sales team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior decision-makers at mid-market companies, building long-term partnerships, crafting data-driven advertising strategies, and driving sustainable revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive on the arenaflex Mid-Market Sales team, you will own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of mid-market clients, driving both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build, deepen, and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, founders, marketing leaders, and other senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business model, industry dynamics, growth challenges, marketing objectives, and key success metrics.
  • Joint Business Strategy Development: Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and each client, aligning on shared goals, success milestones, and collaborative growth roadmaps. Lead cross-functional internal teams across product, marketing, and operations to deliver on joint objectives.
  • Growth Planning and Target Achievement: Plan, forecast, and achieve aggressive growth targets by presenting arenaflex's full suite of advertising products and solutions in ways that directly address client marketing goals and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Consultative Analysis: Develop forward-thinking, insight-rich analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals. Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear, compelling narratives and present actionable recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Product Mastery and Solution Design: Build deep, working knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products function individually and in combination, and design integrated solutions that meet a wide range of marketing objectives—from brand awareness and lead generation to e-commerce conversion and customer retention.
  • Market Intelligence and Storytelling: Leverage research, market analysis, and industry trends to inform client strategy. Use compelling narratives and storytelling techniques as a core customer engagement strategy to differentiate arenaflex's value proposition.
  • Pipeline and Account Planning: Maintain rigorous pipeline management discipline, develop accurate forecasts, and create comprehensive account plans that identify whitespace opportunities, mitigate risks, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, channeling client feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams to influence product roadmaps and improve the overall customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must bring a strong foundation of professional experience and demonstrated success to thrive in this role. The required qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, advertising sales, or a closely related commercial discipline.
  • Proven experience influencing and selling to C-level stakeholders, with a track record of building executive-level credibility and closing complex deals.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive total compensation package designed to attract, retain, and reward top sales talent. For this full-time position, the US base salary range is $129,000 to $191,000, determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for performance-based bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits typically include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, paid time off, parental leave, learning and development stipends, and a range of wellness programs.
