Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with our highest-value customers

- Demonstrated track record of increasing retention, expansion reputed company, and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable running executive-level conversations and presenting recommendations to leadership teams
- Experience working with fast-growing B2B SaaS companies
- Ability to balance customer advocacy with reputed company objectives
- Strong understanding of sales, outbound prospecting, and GTM workflows

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable leading customer calls and presenting recommendations
