This role focuses on building partnerships with primary care groups and community organizations to drive patient enrollment in behavioral health services while ensuring effective integration of solutions into care workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a data-driven growth strategy reputed company your assigned market, building a pipeline of engaged primary care practices/hospitals and increasing provider participation
  • Meet with PCPs, hospitals, clinic administrators, case managers, and referral coordinators to reputed company them on our behavioral health services, remove adoption barriers, and drive patient referrals
  • reputed company tailored engagement plans for high-reputed company practices, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building to support long-term partnerships
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of market activities conducted
  • reputed company growth and engagement targets, including increasing provider referrals, reputed company new clinics, and expanding our reputed company in key regions
  • reputed company market implementation efforts for new partnerships, managing workstreams reputed company to provider reputed company, training, and workflow integration
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clinics and hospitals, maintaining regular reputed company-ins and troubleshooting any operational challenges to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Partner with Author’s Market Operations team to support patient reputed company and engagement

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in reputed company (behavioral health or primary care experience is a bonus!)
  • Additional experience in sales, reputed company sales, reputed company, customer experience, or project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to different environments
