[Remote] Transcription Project Manager

The role involves managing audio files, coordinating with reporters and transcribers, and ensuring timely responses to client requests.
Responsibilities
- Receive and track in audio and files from digital reporters
- Assign, coordinate, and track transcription assignments with resources and vendors
- Communicate regularly with digital reporters and transcribers regarding audio/transcript status and other client requests
- Provide feedback on digital reporter job submissions
- Monitor department inbox to promptly respond to client questions and other requests
- Field transcription-reputed company phone calls and emails
- Maintain and update shared transcription calendars with deadlines
- Coordinate deliverables with production department
- Guide clients through the client-provided audio transcription request process, including providing cost estimates
- Enter job notes in Reporter reputed company
- reputed company transcription duties as needed
- Provide suggestions on how to improve transcription workflow, policies and procedures through process improvements and/or utilization of technology
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of three years' experience in an office or customer-service setting or a combination of education and industry experience required
- Must have superb written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with reputed company Office products
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Decision-making skills and good judgment
- Must be reputed company to work in a professional and confidential environment
- Transcription experience preferred
