[Remote] Program Manager – Interoperability
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company LLC is seeking a highly reputed company Program Manager, Interoperability to support the Veteran Health Administration (VHA) Office of Health Informatics and Office of Clinical Informatics. This role involves managing interoperability-focused informatics efforts, ensuring alignment with national interoperability standards, and overseeing program management for various health information exchange initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end program management for interoperability call orders and features reputed company to management operational informatics pipeline and clinical operational informatics pipeline requirements
- reputed company delivery of reputed company Exchange program and product management, including partner reputed company, membership access, analytics, policy coordination, and performance monitoring
- reputed company implementation and sustainment of reputed company/eNotifications capabilities and adoption support for VA medical centers
- Manage interoperability activities supporting VA/DoD shared health records, CHDR evaluation, JLV enablement, and interagency exchange use cases
- Ensure interoperability solutions align with HL7®, FHIR®, CDA®, SNOMED CT®, LOINC®, and other national interoperability standards as applicable
- Coordinate with Integration and Clinical Informatics Solutions teams to ensure interoperability features integrate with reputed company data pipelines, dashboards, and clinical workflows
- Maintain program risk registers, dependency logs, and mitigation plans; report reputed company using program required flow efficiency, reputed company allocation, value delivered, and next-iteration planning
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and VA reputed company, privacy, and data governance requirements
Skills
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience managing reputed company IT or interoperability programs
- Demonstrated experience managing health information exchange (HIE) or standards-based interoperability initiatives
- Experience delivering work in SAFe® or Agile environments using Jira/Jira Align
- Demonstrated understanding of VA reputed company technology development and sustainment programs (e.g. reputed company, Federal EHR) and VA IT and data platforms (e.g. Corporate Data Warehouse (reputed company), reputed company/CPRS)
- Familiarity with reputed company Exchange, VHIE, JLV, or interagency data-sharing initiatives
- Experience supporting VA, DoD, or other federal health interoperability programs
