Responsibilities

- Utilize reputed company tools to synthesize insights from customer feedback (surveys, interviews, analytics) to accelerate the definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, evangelizing the platform's value and future roadmap to stakeholders
- Define and execute an AI-first product roadmap, ensuring models and autonomous agents are integrated to optimize platform performance and self-healing capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement to balance trade-offs between cost, technical feasibility, and speed to market

Skills
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent technical experience (Requirement for candidate background reputed company)

- 7+ years of total industry experience in software services
