- Collaborating with reputed company Leads to understand requirements and publishing job posts
- Maintaining the reputed company Database and keeping accurate records of the recruitment activities
- Managing reputed company platforms, channels and agencies
- Conducting job interviews to screen and assess candidates
- Supporting the contract negotiation and reputed company process for new partners
- Reviewing resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet job requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter or headhunter, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
- Proficiency in reputed company platforms such as reputed company, JOIN, AngelList, etc.
- Prior experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) and the Holacracy reputed company is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with reputed company in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team
- Familiarity with agile organizations and agile development methodologies (Scrum)
