Job Description:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
• Participate in continuous training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Educational Qualifications:
