Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to determine student needs and eligibility for special education services. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's distinct requirements and learning objectives. Deliver direct instruction and support through our online platform, ensuring students remain engaged and achieve progress. Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and other professionals to foster a unified educational experience for students. Maintain detailed records and documentation regarding student progress, services rendered, and communications. Required Skills Proficient in technology for virtual instruction and assessments. Outstanding communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport in a virtual setting. A dedication to delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Special Education or an equivalent discipline. Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. A minimum of two years of experience as a Special Educator.
