We are currently recruiting I.T Field Engineers to work at various sites around Bath. NO experience is necessary as comprehensive training can be provided. About You: • Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills. • The roll of an I.T Field Engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, have your own vehicle and have a flexible approach towards travelling to a variety of locations. • Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial. • Ex-Military- Desirable. Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers: • Attending customer site to install/ resolve IT equipment. • Working closely with the IT support... desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues. • Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues There is tremendous scope for progression with this role and working with us will open a host of opportunities for further learning that can be done online at your own pace.
