Responsibilities • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience. • Stocking & Display: Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and organized; maintain temperature control, and verify expiration dates. • Product Quality: Prepare ready-to-sell products in proper containers and maintain product displays. • Sanitation: Keep the freezer, cooler, and deli areas clean, sanitized, and ready for customers. • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety standards and procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. • Company Standards: Adhere to company policies related to food handling, cold chain procedures, and equipment sanitation. Compensation • Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $25.00, depending on location and experience. • Premiums: Additional premiums based on schedule, season, or specific tasks ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Qualifications • Minimum: Must be 18 years or older. • Preferred: Experience in food service, food handler certification.
