Responding to inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and courtesy. ? Troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems encountered by customers, including connectivity challenges. ? Assisting with general customer service inquiries and providing effective solutions. ? Accurately documenting all interactions with comprehensive call notes. ? Identifying and suggesting additional products and services where appropriate. ? Providing support to colleagues as needed. Required Skills To excel in this role, you will need: ? A foundational understanding of Windows operating systems. ? Strong customer service skills, preferably with experience in a call center environment. ? Excellent problem-solving capabilities and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. ? The flexibility to work various shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
