In this influential role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering clean technology innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic vision and management of IT systems and infrastructure. Oversee the successful implementation and integration of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Resolve IT challenges and ensure seamless technology functionality within our co-working space. Collaborate with department heads to identify IT needs and craft tailored solutions. Educate staff on new technologies and processes, enhancing their technical capabilities. Cultivate relationships with IT vendors and consultants for optimal technology utilization. Address technical requirements for both in-person and virtual events and conferences. Required Skills Bachelors degree in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in implementing, integrating, and managing cloud-based software such as Salesforce. 3-5 years of experience in leading IT teams within small business settings. Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite, alongside network administration skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to advancing the clean energy sector.
