Senior Data Analyst Westlake, TX Onsite Hybrid Experience: Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, plus at least 3 years in data analytics and governance Business Intelligence Tools: Fluency with Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI and a penchant for report and dashboard design Coding: Expertise with SQL, Python, and R (C++, Java, and HTML is considered a strong plus) Databases: Experience with Snowflake, Azure, and SQL Server Enterprise Resource Planning: Exposure to Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems Project Management: Proven track record with running multiple priorities at the same time, are flexible when needed, and possess superb attention to detail Communication: Excellent communicator that uses your interpersonal, analytical, and storytelling skills to influence and convey sophisticated ideas We as a team are motivated and show a strong desire to succeed We get things done while being focused and passionate about delivering value We are great teammates to one another with a passion to use technology, data and analytics to support our organizational priorities Must-Haves: Deep expertise in Data Analytics using SQL for querying and analyzing data Experience with Snowflake, Azure and SQL Server Experience with BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI and or Alteryx Experience interpreting data and describing results in both written and verbal form Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
