- Provide support and guidance to community members regarding moderation processes.
- Work closely with the moderation team to optimize procedures and share insights.
- Record moderation activities accurately and help identify emerging content trends.
- Engage in training sessions to develop skills related to content moderation best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- No prior experience is necessary; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong attention to detail along with a commitment to upholding community standards.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make informed, concise decisions.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and their community guidelines is beneficial.
