- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with at least 2 years in sales or a customer service role required

- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Contact potential customers through calls and emails
- Guide clients through their financial services options
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Work with inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a specific timeframe
- Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to Customers' needs
- Keep accurate records of transactions
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
