Job Overview As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a range of data entry tasks that are crucial for maintaining the integrity of client profiles. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining three days in the office with two days of remote work. Key Responsibilities • Manage the creation and updating of client accounts • Verify and maintain accurate client profile data • Process approvals for online bidders • Perform data entry for client information, generate reports, and manage shipping directives • Update mailing lists and process bidder documentation • Confirm sales tax information • Track, analyze, and respond to client surveys • Assist with various administrative responsibilities as required Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong multitasking capabilities with a focus on detail • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities This position offers avenues for professional development, paving the way for advancement in client management or administrative roles within our organization.
