Digital Marketing Manager - India
Rhino Entertainment is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will own and scale all performance marketing activities in India. You will manage paid media, digital coordination and partnership growth - delivering efficient player acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels and hitting key KPIs across digital channels.
What your role will look like:
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliates
- Optimize budgets and performance for FTD growth, CPA targets, and LTV uplift
- Localize ad creatives, landing pages, and payment flows to maximize engagement
- Participate in mystery shopping and help test the full player acquisition journey
- Work closely with CRM and brand teams to ensure consistent tone and message
- Contribute to quarterly growth plans and align digital efforts with broader goals
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Share actionable insights in monthly reports on traffic, conversion, and digital trends
- Support competitive analysis from a media and performance perspective
Note: The selected person may either be office based in Malta (Hybrid) or Remote.
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing or media buying, ideally in iGaming, fintech, fmcg or e-commerce
- Experience working with Indian audiences across Meta, Google Ads, and affiliate channels
- Analytical mindset with a bias for optimization, A/B testing, and reporting
- Hands-on with ad platforms and familiar with digital attribution and funnel tracking
