Your tasks As the National Director of Service you will provide direction, leadership, and accountability for the field service and operations organization which includes field service technicians, field service management, service training, level II technical support, project management, installations, and applications support. Compensation: 150,000 - 170,000 / year How you will impact Belimed and our clients

  • Develop and manage growth of the Field Service business that aligns with company target goals
  • Produce financial forecasts and tracks performance to ensure profitability
  • Manage the field and project operations P&L
  • Implement protocols and procedures ensuring cost effective delivery of services in the field
  • Foster and maintain a culture that assures a high quality customer experience through the efficient utilization of resources, frequent customer contact, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Promote open and frequent communication with the sales team resulting in a positive customer experience
  • Identify new business opportunities as well as opportunities to continuously improve the existing business
  • Work closely with sales to assist in securing capital equipment sales, new service opportunities and retain current business
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to ensure Service marketing materials, offerings and promotions are in accordance with the corporate value proposition
  • Recruit, train, and develop leaders within the field service and operations organization to ensure proper planning, scheduling, budgeting, training and supervision of field service and operations team members
  • Motivate and educate team members to play an active role in generating sales leads and monitoring contract status
  • Maintain effective utilization and coordination of internal/external resources to achieve service outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Drive performance management, including performance reviews, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports
  • Complete company reports, plans and projects for management-group as required
  • Coach direct reports on the importance of adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure SteelcoBelimed is represented in a professional manner while at customer sites

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum six years of strategic service management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems
  • Experience owning and managing P&L
  • Skilled at successfully gathering and analyzing data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards in a service and on-site environment
  • Proven ability to reach targeted goals
  • Computer literacy, experience in MS Office Suite
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Ability to travel extensively with little notice prior to travel (up to 30%)
  • Have/legally able to obtain a valid passport for occasional international travel
