(Senior) Partner Development Manager (m/f/d) - Remote
At Xentral ERP, partnerships are a crucial part of our growth strategy and we’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to help us scale. You’ll build and manage trusted relationships with key partners, lead joint business planning, co-selling, and go-to-market initiatives. Working cross-functionally, you’ll drive partner-sourced revenue, onboard new partners, and unlock new growth opportunities to fuel long-term success.
Your Tasks:
- You build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with C-level, Partnerships and Sales stakeholders at strategic partner organizations.
- You lead the creation and execution of joint business plans, co-selling motions, and go-to-market strategies to generate long-term business growth.
- You deliver partner-sourced revenue targets by identifying key opportunities, driving lead generation, and ensuring pipeline velocity and conversion through regular pipeline calls with your partners.
- You onboard new partners, develop partner enablement plans, deliver training, and provide tools to support partner independence and performance.
- You identify new opportunities for offerings, co-innovation, or regional expansion to scale the partner-sourced growth engine.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partners are aligned, supported, and integrated.
Your Profile:
- You bring 6+ years of experience in Sales, Channel Partnerships, or Customer Success, ideally in B2B SaaS or a Full-Service, E-Commerce or ERP agency.
- You have a proven track record of growing strategic partnerships and/or closing high-impact customer deals with measurable revenue results.
- You demonstrate strong business acumen and a deep understanding of indirect sales and partner-led models.
- You excel in building relationships, communicating clearly, and holding your partners and yourself accountable for revenue targets.
- You manage pipelines and partner portfolios effectively, with accurate forecasting and KPI tracking.
- You are proficient in CRM and partner management tools (HubSpot is a plus) and thrive in a growth-oriented, data-driven, execution-focused environment.
