Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers
- List, market, show, and negotiate real property transactions
- Leverage Epique’s tech stack, lead engines, and marketing suite
- Ensure contract compliance (our TCs have your back)
- Engage in daily training and ongoing mentorship
Qualifications
- Active U.S. real estate license (or in process)
- Self-starter mindset & strong time-management skills
- Sales, negotiation, and transaction experience (all levels welcome)
- Comfortable learning new tech (if you use smartphone apps, you’ll thrive)
- Bilingual skills or deep local-market knowledge a plus
Compensation & Ownership
- Independent Contractor (1099) — you control your income ceiling
- Competitive split with declining cap and stock bonuses
- Revenue share paid monthly on 5 level downline closed deals
- Detailed terms provided in the Independent Contractor Agreement
