Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and retain high-quality dental networks, ensuring access and affordability for our clients and members
• Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to drive growth and profitability in our managed care contracted networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
• Travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects, fostering relationships with dental professionals and promoting our services

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in recruitment, sales, or a related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present with confidence
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, with strong data analysis and manipulation skills
• Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
• Adept at critical and independent thinking, with the ability to analyze situations and determine the best course of action
• Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes, general dental terminology, and health/dental insurance preferred
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences
