With a competitive salary range of $15 to $20 per hour plus commissions, you can earn up to $25 to $60 per hour based on your performance.

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced appointment setters with a proven track record in B2B cold calling, preferably with experience in grocery store appointment setting or similar advertising roles. If you have a strong passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

The Role

• Make engaging 90-second phone pitches to small business owners to secure meetings with our sales representatives
• Set 4-5 quality appointments per day, resulting in 2-3 sales per week
• Utilize your exceptional verbal communication skills to build rapport with business owners and "sell the appointment"
• Work independently in a remote setting, with a part-time schedule of 28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 7 hours per day)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound B2B appointment setting for grocery stores or similar advertising, with an additional 2 years of B2B appointment setting experience
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, high energy level, and resilience
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite, and familiarity with auto-dialer or CRM systems
• Coachable and willing to learn and adhere to proprietary sales techniques
