Part-time Project Manager (Remote)

We're seeking a highly organized, motivated, and resourceful Project Manager to join our team at Workwarp. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and warm communication
• Guide clients through the project process, including website training, leading meetings, and extracting insights to position projects for success
• Build and manage project timelines, ensuring our team is on track and deadlines are met
• Strategically overlap schedules to optimize work time and client deadlines
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Proven experience in Project Coordination/Management, with marketing experience a plus
• Agency or similar setting experience, with a background in managing detailed projects, coordinating teams and vendors, and client communication
• Independent, honest, and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Positive mindset, open to new challenges, and a humble approach to leadership
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizing deadlines
• Experience with online project management tools, shared documents, and Google Drive

Position Details:

• Part-time position (30 hours per week)
• 99% remote work arrangement, with occasional commute to Raleigh, NC (approximately 1% of the time)
