Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled In-Stock Manager to join our Amazon Fresh team. As an In-Stock Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive fresh, high-quality products on time. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels for Amazon Fresh products, including forecasting, demand planning, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality control, and cost management.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about inventory allocation, demand forecasting, and supplier performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including logistics, operations, and procurement, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet Amazon quality standards and work to resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Cost Control: Manage the budget for your category, identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
