• Research, plan, and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities
• Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents to clients
• Offer expert advice on travel destinations, visas, health and safety requirements, and local customs
• Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry changes
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain and manage client profiles, ensuring all preferences and past travel experiences are recorded
• Process payments and provide invoices and receipts to clients
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and services for clients
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance travel knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in travel and tourism is a plus
• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role within the travel industry (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
