As an Airport Skycap Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless travel experience. About the Role

As an Airport Skycap Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting passengers with baggage handling, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. You will also be required to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency, perform other related duties as assigned, and lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and handling
• Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items in a professional and efficient manner
• Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless travel experience
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly

Requirements

• Must be a local (in-state) resident of Hawaii
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid In-State Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
