Key Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential members to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
• Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls, presenting offers and resolving member issues
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with members
• Hold and maintain required annual state license certification and appointment to sell client products

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, with additional education preferred
• Active and current health or health and life/accident home state license required
• Minimum one year of telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to express assurance, confidence, and empathy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
