We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Associate Developer to join our team in St. Louis. As a Full Stack Associate Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve complex business problems, advocating for agile processes and test-driven development, and improving the codebase. You will collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing company services, applications, and systems using domain-driven design and test-driven development
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues; identify and implement solutions
  • Assist with the creation of unique project specifications, requirements, and estimates; ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Work with software architects to ensure decisions meet long-term business growth needs
  • Help develop coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines
  • Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience/education
  • 2 years of software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
  • Desired qualifications include airline industry experience, experience architecting and implementing data analytics solutions in Azure, and experience with large data BI solutions
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology, programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and predictive analytics (especially Azure ML) is a plus
