Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Significant experience in people management and leadership
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including team members, peers, and senior leadership
• Experience using data-driven insights to inform business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
