Account Development Executive - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Executive to join our team in Kansas. As a key player in our new program launch, you will have the opportunity to drive success and earn a competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits. Job Highlights

• Competitive pay: $23-$25 per hour
• Bonuses: $200 per partnership, with additional incentives for applications achieved
• Mileage reimbursement: 65.5 cents per mile
• Cell phone reimbursement: $50 per month
• No weekend travel required

Job Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns, presenting and pitching our new program opportunity
• Qualify and guide prospective businesses through the application and vetting process
• Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
• Support Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community
• Partner with local influencers, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Field sales experience a plus
• Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers a plus
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and high sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology
