About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Sales and Service Representative. Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Must be 16 years or older

• Experience in a call center environment
• Experience in a sales role
• Experience working from home

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients
• Identifying customer needs and promoting our products and services
• Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection
• Download: 20 mbps minimum
• Upload: 10 mbps minimum
• Latency: less than 50 ms
• Jitter: less than 15 ms
• Personal computer that meets our minimum standards (Intel Core i3 at 3GHz or better, 8 GB or higher memory, 1440x900 or better screen resolution)
• Wired headset and webcam required
• Note: Mac, Chromebook, and Linux systems are not supported
