We are looking for a Home-Based Business Development Manager to join our growing U.S.-based client support team in the promotional products industry. This is a key role within the Sales team that combines lead generation, backend project management, account handling, and client relationship building. You will work closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Proven track record in sales and account management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide customer support.

  • Taking calls for products, handling problems, entering orders, processing returns, working with CSR to procure goods, and making outbound calls to support various sales programs.

  • To assist with customers' requirements at customer and prospect events. Finding solutions and products.

  • Managing company programs and web stores for clients.

  • Developing or assisting with the presentation.

  • Working with various internal company departments, shipping/receiving, art, decorating, customer service, IT, and accounting.

  • Other ad hoc tasks

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Lead Generation; promotional industry experience is preferred

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Schedule: Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools

    • Bonus: Experience with promotional industry tools such as CommonSKU, SAGE, ESP, or iSUITES

  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, and solutions-focused

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: Php 43,000 – Php 50,000

  • Industry: Promotional Products

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
