Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Virtual Customer Care Advisor to join our team as a Remote Pharmacy Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients take their medicines correctly and achieve optimal well-being. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.

Main Functions

  • Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Carefully identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have in each interaction, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Take a proactive approach to solving problems, learning from each interaction, and escalating complex issues to pharmacists or other experts as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with us.
  • Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs.
  • Provide technical assistance to our customers while browsing Pharmacy.Amazon.Com.
  • Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them and build long-term loyalty.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must live in the state of Arizona.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications.
  • Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills.
  • A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or Fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices.
  • Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the eligibility criteria, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email.
  • Communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center.
  • Work experience in the medical field.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
