Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling when necessary
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset for positive customer experience and resolution

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
