Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction with our services. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and determining if they have used our services before. You'll also create accounts, schedule appointments, and make follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure that their expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Determine if clients have used our services before by looking up location information or creating a new account for the property
  • Create accounts, schedule appointments for cleaning technicians to arrive at the facility, and notate services to be offered
  • Make special notes from property owners regarding animals on site, furniture to be moved, gate or security codes, etc.
  • Collect payment information over the phone
  • Make follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure that the service met their expectations, make any adjustments necessary, etc.
  • Perform data entry or account maintenance as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to ensure that appointments are scheduled and completed efficiently

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and account maintenance software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the cleaning or customer service industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
