Responsibilities

As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service
  • Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred)
  • Active P&C License – you're legit!
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued
  • Insane attention to detail – you catch what others miss
  • Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment
