The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Tier 1, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll use our available tools to research and resolve customer issues, accurately document all interactions, and use good judgment to meet and exceed customer expectations while adhering to arenaflex procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide engaging and positive customer interactions through various channels, including phone, chat, and email

  • Use available tools to research and resolve customer issues, including looking up, investigating, and researching customer issues
  • Accurately document all interactions using appropriate support systems and tools
  • Use good judgment to take actions that meet and exceed customer expectations while adhering to arenaflex procedures and policies
  • Identify pain points that impact customer satisfaction or agent effectiveness and share these with leadership members

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in the English language and bilingual language ability are a plus
  • Detail-oriented and willing to adhere to guidelines and processes
  • Self-starter with excellent time and workload management skills
  • Friendly, slightly quirky, and fun attitude
  • Previous customer service experience (1+ years) preferred
  • Previous experience with online and retail commerce ordering and consumer product warranty processing is preferred
  • Previous experience with support processes, systems, and tools is preferred
